K6 Alloys currently has the following facilities with planned new additions:

    Wax injection 12 and 20 ton machines with high grade tooling for precision injection of patterns with plans for 4 more custom designed pneumatic high productivity injection machine
     
    Wax conditioners and melters
    Centralized air-conditioned climate controlled spaces for superior wax injection, wax assembly, primary coat, and secondary coat processes
     
    Wax cleaning and assembly zones
    Primary coat zone with rainfall sander machines with capability for extremely fine coats
    Secondary coat zone with fluidized bed shelling machine for high strength stuccoing capabilities
    Gas based dewaxing process with future steam autoclave additions
    Slurry conditioners and rolling slurry preservers
    A high capacity temperature controlled shell firing and sintering furnace for post dewaxing and pre-melting shell processing stages
     
    A high efficiency inductotherm melt furnace with dual furnace capability and accurate controls along with measurement devices like pyrometers
     
    A centralized plant wide compressed air system with Atlas Copco screw compressor and accumulator providing compressed air for cleaning, injection and fettling operations
     
    Numerous fettling equipments like cutting, grinding, cleaning, pickling, etc
    Quality control and process standardization systems with spectro results capability and traceability for each melt
       
      K6 Alloys capability includes but not limited to the following:
    Precision supply of valve bodies, assembled valves, pumps, impellers
    Precision automotive components
    Aerospace components in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys
    Turbine components and other high temperature applications
    Pipe fittings for other OEM manufacturers and other brands
    Power connectors
